Digital camera costs under fire
Demand for digital cameras is still on the rise and
though considered high-tech only a year or two ago, they’re fast becoming
an ordinary consumer item. By January 2006 more than half of all American
households will own at least one digital camera, predicts the Photo Marketing
Association (PMA.) As competition stiffens in this market, sliding prices are
benefiting the consumer. Right now Samy’s Camera is offering a special on
the Olympus D-535 Zoom, 3.2 Mp. The ergonomic Olympus D-535 has an easy-to-use
one-button, one-function operation. It features a 3.2 Mp resolution, 3x optical
zoom, built-in pop-up flash, 12 MB internal memory and XD Picture Card
compatibility, and a movie mode with sound.
