Omaha, but the story, with all due apologies to those affected, has
more to it than meets the eye.
HP not only canned the people involved, but hoped to sweep it under the rug without customers noticing. HP should have had the balls to tell customers what it is doing rather than hoping that people won't notice the different accent when they call in for service. Dignity?
