Kodak says subject of informal probe by U.S. SEC


The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is informally probing Eastman Kodak Co.'s (EK.N: Quote, Profile, Research) restatement of its earnings, the company said on Tuesday in a regulatory filing.
