38-year-old Carlos Enriquez has gone low tech, big
value.
He is in the ink business and the
store is Caboodle Cartridge - the newest franchise store for an inkjet and
laser-toner cartridge replacement business that started in Santa Clara, Calif.,
in 2003 and began franchising in
2004.
New to Portsmouth, Caboodle
Cartridge sells ink, but does it in a way that the business claims saves
consumers money and is good for the environment.
