Review: Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX9


Following on from the FX7, which was one of the best-selling cameras of last year, Panasonic launched the 5.4 million-pixel FX8 and two months later, the 6.4 million-pixel FX9. The FX8 was a fairly disappointing upgrade which did little but address the appalling battery life of the original. As well as incorporating the improvements in the FX8, the FX9 increases the pixel count, improves the screen and adds a couple of new scene modes.
