Printer cartridges stolen in refund scam, cops say
A Buffalo Grove man accused of buying at least
$3,400 worth of computer printer cartridges, then returning the empty boxes for
cash and selling the cartridges over the Internet, has been charged with mail
fraud and felony theft, authorities said Tuesday.
