Oce of Netherlands to Buy Imagistics of the U.S.Dutch printer and photocopier maker Oce
NV said it agreed to buy U.S. office-equipment distributor Imagistics
Inc. in a deal valued at $686 million, extending its reach in the U.S.
Imagistics distributes products ranging from digital copiers and printers to
scanners and faxes.
