Kodak, Creo deal gets final OK; to close in 3 days
U.S. photography giant Eastman Kodak's $980 million
takeover of Creo Inc. has won approval from South African competition watchdogs
and the deal will close within three days, the Canadian printing technology firm
said on Tuesday.
