Big-Capacity Storage for Cameras at a Small Size and Price


With resolution on digital cameras at eight megapixels and growing, the need for high-capacity storage media like CompactFlash is becoming a necessity even for casual digital photographers. But the price of that storage has been at a level only professional photographers or serious amateurs could afford. Now Seagate has joined the storage competition with an innovative hard drive that holds eight gigabytes for under $300.
