Nokia Adds to Line Of Cellphones in Bid To Lift U.S. Business


Nokia Corp. launched seven new mobile phones to help address weakness in its product range in North America, where it suffered a sharp drop in market share in the first quarter.

The Finland-based handset maker said the products include three phones based on the code division multiple access, or CDMA, standard that is common in the U.S. alongside the competing global system for mobile communications, or GSM, technology.
